How do I request a new account?

You have to speak to your Sales Representative who will request the creation of your account internally. Once your username is created in FOPS, you will be receiving an email with your username and temporary password. We recommend that you change your password once you have accessed your account

How do I access my account?

Just click on “Log in” at the left hand side of your screen, type in your Username and Password, then click the “Log in” button.

What do I have to do if I forgot my password?

Once you have accessed your account, position the cursor over “Account” in the menu bar at the left hand side of the screen. Click over “Change Password”. Type in your old password and then type in the new password you’d like into the corresponding text fields, once completed click on “Change Password”.

How do I change my password?

How do I access / change my Profile?

Position the cursor over “Account” in the menu bar at the left hand side of your screen and select “My Profile”. Once there, you can view and edit your addresses and email accounts.

How can I edit my shipping addresses?

Access “Account” and then click “My Profile”. The next page will show you a list of addresses that you have under your account. To edit, click on “Edit Addresses” located in the last column on the addresses table.

What can I check on FOPS?

You can check the orders you have placed, buy online, check open orders, check shipments and samples approved and pending to be approved.

What do I have to do to see my Orders history?

You have to place the cursor over “Reports” located in the menu bar at the left hand side, and click over “Web Orders”. Once you are on this page you must type the Start and End dates and click over the “Show” button. The system will display a list of the orders made during these dates.

Is there an option that displays all pending orders?

Yes. Place the cursor over “Reports” in the menu bar at the left hand side of your screen and click over “Open Orders”. If you want to see the complete list of pending orders, you must insert the date range (start and end date). You also have the option to look for specific orders when you use the search fields “Order ID”, “PO Num.” (number of your purchase order), and “Cust.Ref.” (customer part number). When you choose the visualization option that you like, click “Apply Filter”. You also have the option to visualize all records, if this is the option that you like, highlight the option of “Show me all records” and click on “Apply Filter”.

How can I approve a sample in FOPS?

In the left hand side menu bar, position your cursor over “Reports” and click over “Approve Samples”. This will take you to the list of pending samples for approval

How can I see my products in FOPS?

You have two options: You can either click over “My Products” in the upper menu bar. This will take you to the list with images of all your products. The second option is to access the specific product line that you need right under the “My Products” menu bar at the left hand side of your screen.

What should I do if I want to see more products per page?

On the screen where your products are displayed, you can find the menu “Results per page”. You can select to view 10, 20, 50 and up to 100 products in the same page. You can also choose the order in which you would like to see your products; in order per description, ascending order, descending order, by date in ascending order, or by date in descending order.

How do I check my orders that are in process of being manufactured?

Go to “Reports” and click over “Open Orders”. Once you have accessed the page you can enter any of the search parameters to filter, or leave this space blank and click “Apply Filter”. This action will display the list of all your pending orders.

Which “Reports” can I export to Excel?

You can export reports of your “Web Orders”, “Open Orders”, ”Approved Samples”, “Pending Samples”, and “Shipments”.

How do I export my Reports to Excel?

Once you have accessed the Report that you are looking for, click the “Export to Excel” button.

How do I check my shipments?

Go to “Reports” and click over “Shipments”.

How do I check an Item reference?

You have three options to do this search: you can search by reference code, by product description, or part of the description. To do this, type what you are looking for in the “Search Products” bar on the upper left hand side of the screen and click on the magnifying glass.
